## What we do
- **Products** — We ship our own Gen Z wellness apps under the Magnolia Labs name (iOS, live on the App Store).
- **Studio for hire** — AI product studio and consultancy. We partner with startups, studios, and brands building AI-native consumer products — especially in Gen Z wellness, mental health, and adjacent categories. We build with you, not deck you.
- **Training** — Workshops on vibecoding, AI-native design systems, and prompt architecture for product teams.

## How we work (principles)
1. We design against the default. Most AI output is average by definition — we treat that as the starting line.
2. Taste is infrastructure. Design is the foundation, not decoration.
3. Safety precedes feature. In mental health, identity, and wellbeing categories, we build safeguards first.
4. We subtract before we add. Most of what we design does not ship.
5. Built for 3am. Every product decision: does this serve a user at their most vulnerable moment?
